Site Location Details
Meadowville Technology Park (MTP) is located in eastern Chesterfield County on the I-295/Rt. 288 beltway surrounding the Richmond metro area.
MTP is bounded by I-295 on the west; the James River on the north; N. Enon Church Road on the east; and Bermuda Hundred Road on the south. The topography of the site is conducive to efficient development.
Current access to the park is provided via Meadowville Road/Rivers Bend Boulevard which intersects with Route 10 west of the I-295/10 interchange. N. Enon Church Road which intersects with Route 10 east of the I-295/10 interchange also provides access to the park.
An interchange at Rivers Bend Boulevard/Meadowville Road and I-295 has been approved and designed.
The development is currently vacant and has had no previous commercial or industrial activity. MTP is predominantly surrounded by I-295 and industrial zoning.
The site is eligible for designation as a sub-zone of Richmond's Foreign Trade Zone.
